2025 Annual Rating Revaluation: Valuer General now undertaking the 2025 annual rating revaluation for next financial year 2025/26.
Annual rates notices are sent to ratepayers in July/August each year. For 2024/2025, overall rates revenue was increased by 2.75% in accordance with the State Government’s Rate Cap for 2024/2025. For rating purposes Council was using the 2024 valuation figures provided by the Valuer General for the 2024/25 rating year.

To ensure our property records are accurate and up to date, you must tell us of any change of name, address or ownership as soon as possible (Notice of Acquisition of an Interest in Land).
