2024 Annual Rating Revaluation: Valuer General now undertaking the 2024 annual rating revaluation for next financial year 2024/25.
Annual rates notices are sent to ratepayers in July/August each year. For 2023/2024, overall rates revenue was increased by 3.50% in accordance with the State Government’s Rate Cap for 2023/2024. For rating purposes Council was using the 2023 valuation figures provided by the Valuer General for the 2023/24 rating year.

The revaluations on all properties in Victoria annually. As part of the valuation process, property rental information is being collected from property owners, agents and tenants.

To ensure our property records are accurate and up to date, you must tell us of any change of name, address or ownership as soon as possible (Notice of Acquisition of an Interest in Land).
