Wayapa® is an earth connection practice that is based on ancient First Nations wisdom that focuses on taking care of the Earth as the starting point for creating Earth Mind Body Spirit wellbeing.  

Participants will share an embodiment movement practice for beginners and enjoy an introduction to this insightful meditative practice to boost their connection with nature.
