Jells Road Reserve
The public open space area, located west of Wheelers Hill Tennis Club courts that runs east to Jell Road, is a dog off-leash area. The Scotchmans Creek Trail runs through the space.
As of 1 July 2023, dogs are allowed off-leash in the public open space area east of the Wheelers Hill Tennis Club courts and west of Jells Road.
Dogs must be on-leash 10m either side of the Scotchmans Creek Trail, and must be under effective control in off-leash areas. More information at Dog Off-Leash Areas.
