Davies Reserve

There is lots to do for people of all ages at Davies Reserve.

The playground has swings, slides, climbing posts and ropes, accessible play fort, and shaded mulch play area with a digger.

There is also a rope hammock, balance posts and natural play elements.

This reserve is a dog off-leash area (see green area in map below).

Dogs are not permitted on the athletics track and/or sportsground when organised sport events and training are in progress, and must still be under effective control in off-leash areas. More information at Dog Off-Leash Areas.

For people wanting to improve their fitness, there is a track with five exercise stations - parallel bars, chin-up bars, monkey bars, climber and step-ups - as well as an outdoor fitness hub.

The outdoor fitness hub includes a 10-obstacle ninja warrior fitness course, as well as a single-column exercise station with four elements: stationary cycling, elliptical trainer and two elements visitors can use for stretches and twists to improve flexibility.

A basketball half-court is also available for people wanting to shoot some hoops.

Other amenities include a BBQ, shaded area with tables and seating, and drinking fountains.
