What an amazing performance by La Mauvaise Reputation treating the community to the beautiful sounds of French gypsy jazz.

Virtuosos La Mauvaise Réputation proving why they are Australia’s most authentic interpreters of the wild rhythms and passion of 1930s Parisian hot jazz and the beautiful melodies of classic French chanson, they had the crowd clapping, singing along and some even taking to the floor to dance.

Featuring a core line-up of vocals and guitar (Paul Gillett), accordion (Salvatore Greco) and double-bass (Enzo Ruberto) and joined by one of Australia's best gypsy jazz guitarists (Sam O’Halloran) to make up the quartet on the night.

Oakleigh-Carnegie RSL was buzzing with many attendees enjoying a meal at their Bistro or a drink at Bar before the show.
