Join us for a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga class every Wednesday.

Our 1-hour session focuses on stretches, breathing, and relaxation techniques to improve your posture, flexibility, strength, and balance. If you’re feeling anxious, stressed, having trouble sleeping, or dealing with aches and pains, this class is perfect for you.

We offer variations of postures to accommodate all levels and any injuries. Each class includes:

Postures (Asana): To enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. Breathing Techniques (Pranayama): To promote relaxation and mental clarity. Guided Relaxation/Meditation: To help you reconnect with your inner self and enjoy the full physical and mental benefits of Yoga.
