The Daimon Brunton Quintet: Live at The Count’s

MPA-101_LATC-Campaign-9_Arts-Hub_COUNTS_1200x750px_Daimon-Brunten

The Daimon Brunton Quintet (DBQ) is the most exciting live band experience happening now, and for the very first time they’re bringing their ground-breaking sound to The Count’s!

Influenced by early 1970s Freddie Hubbard, mid 1950s Clifford Brown and late 1970s Miles Davis, DBQ plays with an indomitable intensity and raw inventiveness. The Daimon Brunton Quintet have released six full-length albums with their most recent being an incredible live recording of the quintet with the Victorian Youth Symphony Orchestra.

The Daimon Brunton Quintet is always a visceral, engaging, intoxicating and exciting experience of unbridled creativity.

The music gets underway at 7.30pm, but arrive a bit earlier if you can. From 6.30pm, enjoy pre-show dinner and drinks at The Count’s Italian-style kitchen and bar.
