La Influencia: Live at The Count's
La Influencia will take over the stage at The Count’s for a rare (and hot!) night of Salsa and Timba grooves!
Afro-Cuban powerhouse, La Influencia is the brainchild of Salvador Persico (Blue King Brown) and Daniel Mougerman (The Bamboos).
Performing original music, as well as the music of modern Cuban legends Alain Pérez and Havana D’Primera, the band is made up of some of Australia’s finest musicians, hailing from and collaborating with The Cat Empire, John Farnham, Ross Wilson and Christine Anu.
La Influencia holds a monthly residency at the Night Cat and has performed at festivals including White Night, Melbourne International Jazz Festival, Johnston St Fiesta. Join us for an evening unlike any other at The Count’s – the south east’s premier live music venue!
