80 Up Club

The 80 Up Club is for people aged over 80 who would like to join others in their age group for a weekly afternoon of fun activities. These include mild fun exercise, craft, singing and games followed by a yummy Afternoon Tea.

Run by a qualified instructor with the assistance of friendly volunteers, this is a great session full of laughs, fun and companionship.
