Beginner Workout

3 Rounds

  • 2 minutes Elliptical peddling forward
  • 2 minutes aerobic cycle
  • 10 chest press
  • 10 Lat pulldown

(Take 30-40 seconds rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Intermediate Workout

3 Rounds

  • 3 mins elliptical peddling backward
  • 3 minutes aerobic cycle
  • 10 chest press
  • 10 lat pulldown
  • 10 jumping pull-ups

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Advanced Workout

4 Rounds

  • 5 mins elliptical peddling forward
  • 5 mins aerobic cycle
  • 12 chest press
  • 12 lat pulldown
  • 12 pull-ups

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
