Beginner Workout
3 Rounds
- 2 mins elliptical
- 2 mins fit rider
- 100m walk to parallel bars
2 Rounds
- 5x pull-ups (parallel bars)
- 100m walk to obstacle frame
2 Rounds
- 2x through obstacle frame (up and down)
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Intermediate Workout
3 Rounds
- 2 mins elliptical
- 2 mins fit rider
- 100m run to parallel bars
3 Rounds
- 10x pull-ups (parallel bars)
- 100m run to pull-up bars
3 Rounds

Advanced Workout

- 2 mins elliptical peddling forwards
- 2 mins elliptical peddling backwards
- 100m run to parallel bars

- 10x triceps dips (parallel bars)

- 100m run to pull-up bars

- 10x pull-ups
- 100m run to monkey bars
