Beginner Workout

3 Rounds

  • 2 mins elliptical
  • 2 mins aerobic cycle
  • 10x chest press

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Intermediate Workout

3 Rounds

  • 2 mins elliptical peddling forwards
  • 2 mins elliptical peddling backwards
  • 10x chest press
  • 5x jumping triceps dips (parallel bars)

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Advanced Workout

4 Rounds

  • 3 mins elliptical peddling forwards
  • 3 mins elliptical peddling backwards
  • 15x chest press
  • 10x triceps dips (parallel bars)
