Beginner Workout
3 Rounds
- 2 mins elliptical
- 2 mins aerobic cycle
- 10x chest press
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Intermediate Workout
3 Rounds
- 2 mins elliptical peddling forwards
- 2 mins elliptical peddling backwards
- 10x chest press
- 5x jumping triceps dips (parallel bars)

Advanced Workout
4 Rounds
- 3 mins elliptical peddling forwards
- 3 mins elliptical peddling backwards
- 15x chest press
- 10x triceps dips (parallel bars)
