Beginner Workout
3 Rounds
- 2 minutes Elliptical peddling forward
- 2 minutes aerobic cycle
- 10 chest press
- 10 Lat pulldown
(Take 30-40 seconds rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Intermediate Workout
3 Rounds
- 3 mins elliptical peddling backward
- 3 minutes aerobic cycle
- 10 chest press
- 10 lat pulldown
- 10 jumping pull-ups
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Advanced Workout
4 Rounds
- 5 mins elliptical peddling forward
- 5 mins aerobic cycle
- 12 chest press
- 12 lat pulldown
- 12 pull-ups
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
