Beginner Workout

3 Rounds

  • 2 mins elliptical peddling forward
  • 2 mins fit rider
  • 10x chest press
  • 10x lat pulldown

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Intermediate Workout

3 Rounds

  • 3 mins elliptical peddling backward
  • 2 mins fit rider
  • 10x chest press
  • 10x lat pulldown
  • 10x jumping triceps dips

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Advanced Workout

4 Rounds

  • 2 mins elliptical peddling forward
  • 2 mins elliptical peddling backward
  • 10x chest press
  • 10x lat pulldown
  • 10x triceps dips
