Beginner Workout
3 Rounds
- 5x roman rings push-ups
- 5x roman rings pull-ups
- 5x pull ups (parallel bars)
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Intermediate Workout
3 Rounds
- 10x roman rings push-ups
- 10x roman rings pull-ups
- 5x jumping triceps dips (parallel bars)
- 5x jumping pull ups (pull-up bars)
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Advanced Workout
3 Rounds
- 10x triceps dips (parallel bars)
- 10x pull ups (pull-up bars)
- 2x through monkey bars
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
