Beginner Workout
3 Rounds
- 40 second jog on the spot
- 10x pullup on roman rings
- 10x push-up on roman rings
- 2x across monkey bars
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Intermediate Workout
3 Rounds
- 1 min jog on the spot
- 10x pullup on roman rings
- 10x push-up on roman rings
- 5x jumping jacks
- 2x across monkey bars
- jumping chin-up on pull-up bar
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Advanced Workout
3 Rounds
- 5 min jog on the spot
- 12x pullup on roman rings
- 12x push-up on roman rings
- 10 tricep dips on roman rings
- 5x jumping jacks
- 5x chinup on pull-up bar
(Take 20-30 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
