Beginner Workout

3 Rounds

  • 40 second jog on the spot
  • 10x pullup on roman rings
  • 10x push-up on roman rings
  • 2x across monkey bars

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Intermediate Workout

3 Rounds

  • 1 min jog on the spot
  • 10x pullup on roman rings
  • 10x push-up on roman rings
  • 5x jumping jacks
  • 2x across monkey bars
  • jumping chin-up on pull-up bar

(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).

Advanced Workout

3 Rounds

  • 5 min jog on the spot
  • 12x pullup on roman rings
  • 12x push-up on roman rings
  • 10 tricep dips on roman rings
  • 5x jumping jacks
  • 5x chinup on pull-up bar

(Take 20-30 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
