  • 10x lat pulldown
  • 10x chest press

Intermediate Workout

  • 2 mins aerobic cycle
  • 10x lat pulldown
  • 10x chest press
  • 5x jumping pull-ups (pull-up bars)

Advanced Workout

  • 10 triceps dips (parallel bars)
