Beginner Workout
3 Rounds
- 5x slow half range sit-ups (sit-up board)
- 5x jumping pull-ups (pull-up bars)
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Intermediate Workout
3 Rounds
- 10x slow half range sit-ups (sit-up board)
- 10x jumping pull-ups (pull-up bars)
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
Advanced Workout
3 Rounds
- 10 x full range sit-ups (sit-up board)
- 10x pull-ups (pull-up bars)
(Take 30-40 secs rest between exercises, or more as needed).
