Works to replace the sportsground lighting at Wellington Reserve (Mulgrave) are now complete and the old light poles have been removed.

The project included:

  • Installation of 4X25m sports lighting poles with radial cross arms
  • Installation of 100 Lux lighting (4 lights per pole).

The new lighting accommodates the needs of current and future users in a number of ways including:

  • Improved park visibility and lighting conditions
  • Enhanced sport and recreation participation opportunities
  • Improved participant, spectator and recreational safety.
