Monash Seniors Festival 2024 wrap-up

Monash Seniors Festival 2024 was a resounding success, bringing together 2,035 attendees across a vibrant array of events throughout the month of October!

The festival hosted 33 events, including 6 Council-run activities and 27 community-organised events.

Thank you to the 19 community groups and many volunteers who made Monash Seniors Festival 2024 a huge success.

Congratulations to local Monash resident Adelina Vanderzee, President of the Waverley Retirement Activities Group, who was awarded the prestigious Council of the Ageing (COTA) Victoria Senior Achiever Award at the Victorian Senior of the Year Awards.

Monash Seniors Festival will return in 2025!

Monash Seniors Festival will return in October 2025 with a variety of free or low-cost events designed for and by older adults.

Monash Seniors Festival is part of the Victorian Seniors Festival, with live and local events statewide, orchestrated by local councils, community groups and clubs.

Don't miss the chance for 8 days of FREE public transport for Victorian Seniors Card Holders (dates to be confirmed).
