What does being a Monash Ally Champion mean to you?

Being a kind and considerate person is what I try to be every single day, so being a Monash Ally Champion just extends my reach to help and support a wider group.

How do you think you can make an impact on diversity and inclusion in your area of work?

Being part of the Corporate Planning Team, I have the privilege of working with every single department and team at Monash and will have the opportunity to promote diversity and inclusion in many ways to a very wide audience. I have already done some work to incorporate gender impact assessments into my service planning templates for managers to consider and review as part of their annual planning. Being a Monash Ally will support and strengthen my position in this area.
