What does being a Monash Ally Champion mean to you?

Being a Monash Ally Champion provides me the opportunity to raise employee awareness of diversity, gender equality, respect and inclusion; and access to support at Monash.

How do you think you can make an impact in your area of work?

I hope to be able to encourage and provide a comfortable environment for team members to speak up; encourage and promote gender equality, inclusion and cultural diversity; and also to be able to assist in referring queries to the appropriate support.
