Pilates Foundations is a beginner-friendly mat class designed to introduce you to the core principles of Pilates.
Focusing on controlled movements, proper alignment, and body awareness, this class helps build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice. You will learn essential exercises that target core strength, flexibility, stability, and posture.
Emphasizing precision and breath coordination, Jia will help you develop the skills needed to perform exercises with proper technique and alignment. Students will enhance their body perception, fostering mind-body movement & by learning how to coordinate breathing with movement, you will gain improved body awareness leading to better coordination and balance in daily activities,
Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to refine your form, this class will leave you feeling stronger, more centered, and confident in your movement.
Jia is also able to offer bi-lingual instruction in Mandarin if required.
