Clayton Hall - Meeting Room A

Clayton Hall's meeting room accommodates up to 55 people and has a separate entrance and toilets.

It offers a comfortable space with a kitchenette, including a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave and hot water urn - making it the perfect venue for meetings and intimate functions.

Due to disruptive works nearby for the Victorian Government’s Suburban Rail Loop project, we are not taking new bookings for Clayton Hall at this time. We are working with groups, organisations and people with existing bookings so they can access and use the hall safely.

Hire Conditions

Please note that most of our venues require hirers to provide proof of $20 million public liability insurance or purchase occasional public liability insurance from Council.

Council assesses all applications to hire its venues and has the right to refuse an application or place additional conditions (such as security, increased bond for events considered to be high risk).
