PRONIA

PRONIA is an ethno-specific, community organisation that caters to, and advocates for the Australian-Greek community. PRONIA's mission is to support vulnerable people of the community reach their full potential. Dedicated to its mission, PRONIA delivers support services for people who are in the early stages of dementia, their carers and families. 

PRONIA's Dementia Support Services Program "Stronger Together" aims to support people with early stages of dementia living at home,  their carers and families in Victoria and Tasmania.  

"Stronger Together" offers centre based respite care for people with dementia; weekly  carer telephone support groups; monthly carer support groups with the aim to enhance carers' wellbeing through education, socialisation and connection; case support service for families to assist with accessing essential services.
