We are a family friendly fun Calisthenics Club which welcomes diversity and all levels of ability, to participate in this wonderful sport.

Calisthenics is a unique sport which incorporates dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skills into its performances. It is primarily a team sport which fosters leadership, confidence, team work and long lasting friendships.

Calisthenics is for all ages 3 years and up.

Teams are based on agegroups:

Tinies- 3 to 7 yrs

Sub- Juniors-8 to 10 yrs

Juniors- 11 to 13 yrs

Intermediates- 14-16 yrs

Seniors- 16 yrs and over

Masters 26 yrs and over

Teams learn a variety of items to perform in competitions with other clubs of similar abilities. Items can include March, Clubs, Freearm, Rods, Aesthetics, Dance Arrangement Song and Dance depending on the age group.
