Street trees in Lewis Street, Mount Waverley

Council had initially considered undertaking a street tree renewal project in Lewis Street however our arborist has determined that trees in Lewis Street do not meet the Council’s criteria for removal and there are no suitable vacant sites for additional plantings.

Our arborist has concluded the street trees in this street form a mature avenue and contribute significantly to the amenity of the neighbourhood.

No further works are planned for this street. Council’s annual cyclic inspection and pruning program will continue to maintain the trees in your street.
