Council approved a proposal to amend the existing planning permit to change the hours of operation and type of live entertainment for the Clayton Hotel at 317-319 Clayton Road, Clayton.
The site is located on the south western corner of Clayton Road and Haughton Road. It currently operates as a hotel for up to 250 patrons.
The amended planning permit replaces Conditions 5 and 13 of the original permit (TPA/40027) issued on 15 February 2013. These conditions relate to the hours of operation of the hotel and the type of live entertainment available and associated music noise.
