Council wants to make sure we are providing our residents with the services and support you need.

To make it easier for residents to discuss any local issues with us, we hold 'listening posts' in local neighbourhoods on weekends and during the week.

Come along to a Council 'listening post' to discuss a local issue of concern to you or to provide feedback on Council services.

Upcoming listening post

Information about our next  listening posts will be published in April.

In the meantime, if you would like to raise an issue with Council or have any feedback on Council services, please contact Joanne Robertson, Executive Manager - Communications, on 9518 3678 or at joanne.robertson@monash.vic.gov.au

Background

We introduced these 'listening posts' in 2014 after receiving a clear message from our community that we needed to lift our standards of community consultation and communication.

Since that time, residents have noticed a great improvement in our community consultation and communication, with Council receiving good scores for these measures in the 2016 Community Satisfaction Survey.
