To register your child in kindergarten via our online portal, you will need to create or log in to an account, and follow the prompts to submit your application.
The system has been upgraded on Friday 13 December 2024. The online portal is now accessible via a new link.
Unsure if you have an account? Please contact the Kindergarten Support team on 9518 3555 or email kinderenrolments@monash.vic.gov.au
The online portal allows families to enrol and view their application details from home at any time. You can also update your details and change your kindergarten preference at any time.
When submitting your application, you will be asked to verify information for each child (provide documents).
Verifying your information
You will be asked to provide 4 documents to verify your information.
The documents you upload can either be scanned copies or photos of the required documents. Once the documents are verified, they will be deleted.
The 4 documents must include:
- Proof of address (for example, a driver's licence, utility bill, rates notice)
- Proof of date of birth (for example, a birth certificate, passport or immunisation certificate)
- Immunisation status (for example, a current immunisation certificate showing immunisation status)
- Any court orders relating to the child’s custody arrangements (if applicable)
It is your responsibility to ensure your details are correct at all times to allow us to process your child’s kindergarten application before the cut-off date of 30 June, in the year prior to commencing kindergarten. This will ensure your child will be included in the allocation process.
What year is my child eligible for kindergarten?
To be eligible to attend kindergarten your child/children must turn 3 or 4 by the 30 April in the year they attend.
Registration must be received and processed by the 30 June prior to your child attending.
