Mini Gupta

Since arriving in Australia in 2006, Mini has had a long-lasting and positive impact on the well-being of people in her care.

A highly qualified audiologist in India, she had passed the examinations required to be able to practice in Australia, doing this with distinction in less than 12 months.

She then worked in various audiology clinics including the Cochlear Implant Clinic at Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, before establishing her own company, All Ears Hearing, in Mount Waverley in 2017.

Mini has quickly established her reputation within the multicultural community and, in a male-dominated profession, her business has flourished to the point that she now operates from three clinics and, above all, employs several bilingual staff.
