Pravin Ghelani

Pravin came to Australia in 1972 as a refugee from Uganda, eventually settling in Monash in 1982.

Pravin has been active in volunteer work since he’s been in Australia, in particular the Gujarati Association of Victoria Inc. since its inception 28 years ago.

For the past seven years Pravin has been running meetings and functions every second Sunday of the month for senior members of the association.

Approximately 50 to 70 seniors look forward these events each month.
