Youth Leadership
Anirudh Prakash
Ani has been a leader since a very young age – primary school in fact, where he started his journey as a Junior Council Representative in Year 2. He then went on to participate in the Rotary Junior Community Awards, which required 10 weeks of community service. He continued to serve as a SRC representative throughout secondary and high school as well, becoming the SRC Treasurer and overseeing activities such as fundraising, maintenance and initiating new projects.
Now a student at Deakin University, Ani still continues his devotion to volunteering and representing the youth community. Ani is now an integral member of the Monash Young Persons Reference Group and a big part of the group’s advocacy for a headspace service in the municipality.
Ani’s passion for advocating for the youth of Monash has inspired people of all ages.
