Brian is a visionary. Ten years ago he came up with the idea of a sailing program accessible to all.

The Sailability Program operates within the Lysterfield Sailing Club, introducing people of all ages and abilities to the joys of sailing.

The program now has 42 volunteers with participants from organisations including SCOPE, Yooralla and Legacy.

Brian believes the program allows participants to compete against their peers on an even footing. The joy and confidence from the participants as they skim across the water is Brian’s greatest reward. Congratulations Brian.
