Composting and food waste

If your business has the space and capacity, consider reducing the amount of food waste that goes to landfill with a compost or worm farm system.

Composting can help save money on garden fertiliser, and lower greenhouse gas emissions and waste.

Planting in small or challenging spaces

Consider these options for gardening in a corporate environment:

  • Pots or containers for indoor plants or edible plants such as herbs or greens.
  • Vertical walls for saving space, hiding unpleasant views, and acting as a noise barrier.
  • Raised beds or plant boxes for sturdy, deep containers that can be installed on any surface.
  • Hanging plants or baskets for creeping, sprawling, or leafy edible plants, such as lettuce or strawberries.
