In a landscape where businesses need an online presence to remain competitive, the increasing challenge is protecting your personal and professional data. In Australia, a cyber-crime is reported every seven minutes, costing the economy an estimated $42 billion (Australian Cyber Security Centre's Annual Cyber Threat Report 2021-2022)

One of Australia's foremost experts in the area of cyber safety, Susan McLean shared practical advice and top tips on how to keep businesses, staff and clients' data safe online at the May 2023 Women's Business Network lunch.

Susan also spoke about how businesses can manage social media more effectively in order to engage with customers without tolerating abuse.
