The application is for a permit for Variation of Restrictive Covenant (No. C047319) to amend the wording from “That the highest external point of the roof of each of the said dwelling houses shall not exceed a height of twenty feet above the natural ground level at the point where the floor level of the ground storey of that dwelling house is nearest the natural ground level” to "that the said dwelling houses shall not exceed a maximum building height of 10 metres and no more than two storeys at any point".
