It is almost impossible to name all the professions that Monash Council has to offer.

As a diverse organisation we offer a variety of positions - including engineers, planners, environmental health officers, building inspectors, architects, sustainability officers, accountants, IT professionals, maternal and child health nurses, personal carers, youth workers, and gardeners.

We usually advertise specific vacancies, but we also have other pathways into a career for people who haven't worked before or who are looking for a change of direction. These include opportunities for graduates and students, work experience placements and traineeships.

We support work experience and work placements for students through a registered secondary school in a dynamic local government environment.
