Mulgrave Library upgrade underway

A State Government Living Libraries Infrastructure Program grant  of $117,500 will fund an upgrade to the Mulgrave Library within the Wellington Reserve Community Centre (WRCC).

Mulgrave Library is currently closed but will reopen for Click and Collect on Tuesday 18 January 2022.

The upgrades includes:

  • Integration between the library and e-café
  • After hours book return chute
  • Larger book collection, including materials in languages other than English
  • Quiet reading nook
  • Contemporary e-café and kitchenette area

There are temporary impacts to parts of the Community Centre, in particular the courtyard and car park, building entrance, library and e-café area. Construction will take place around existing programing within other parts of the building.

Click and Collect Hours:

Click and collect (and returns) will be available at Mulgrave from Tuesday 18 January at the following days and times:

  • Tuesdays from 2-4pm
  • Wednesdays from 4-6pm
  • Thursdays from 3-5pm
  • Saturdays from 9am-12noon
