Monash Council was pleased to receive a funding commitment for the upcoming federal election from Clare O'Neil, the Australian Labor Party candidate Hotham, for the upgrade of Princes Highway Reserve in Oakleigh East as part of a $900,000 program of works across the electorate. The federal election has been called for Saturday 3 May, more information can be found on the Australian Electoral Commission website. We thank Ms O'Neil for this important commitment and will update our website with similar announcements from major political parties in the leadup to the federal election.
