Council survey underway

We're undertaking a survey with CSBA asking community members who recently engaged with us for feedback so we can improve our service to you.

You may be contacted by CSBA either by phone or email in the next few weeks asking for your feedback.

Your responses will be entirely anonymous. Monash Council has provided your contact details to CSBA solely for this survey. Both CSBA and Monash Council comply with strict privacy principles and all relevant privacy laws.
