Bogong Avenue car park - investigation works

We’ll be carrying out investigation works at the Bogong Avenue car park in Glen Waverley next week, which will result in some car parking spaces being unavailable at times during the day.

We’re preparing design options to extend the car park and the design process includes investigating the geotechnical and structural conditions of the site and car park building.  This is vital to the design process, to confirm site conditions and the structural integrity of the car park building to sustain further development.

On Monday 9 May and Tuesday 10 May, from 8.30am-5.00pm, our geotechnical and structural engineers will be on site to take soil samples and test the concrete columns of the car park.

Bollards will be used on the day to cordon-off work areas.

The car park will remain open, and parking will be available during the works.
