Advisory committees play a vital role in providing Council with advice on a range of matters including how to improve social issues for Monash's diverse communities and improve outcomes for the environment.

Members offer community insights, share their lived experiences and give ongoing feedback on the work of Council.

They make a meaningful contribution to key Council initiatives and to bettering the lives of their fellow residents, ultimately working towards making Monash a more friendly, welcoming and livable place for everyone.
