The purpose of a leasing and licencing policy is to ensure that Monash has a consistent, equitable and transparent approach before entering into a formal agreement with community groups and other organisations to occupy Council facilities and provide a service to the community.

At its 27 August 2024 meeting, Council endorsed new Leasing and Licencing Policy:

Register of Property Leases

The Register of Leases entered into by Council as Lessor, is updated regularly to reflect the continuous changes to the management of Council owned or managed land and buildings.
