Positive Ageing Lifestyle Program

Positive Ageing Lifestyle Program - Autumn 2009

Happy new year to you all and I hope you are all keeping well

With 2009 in full swing, it brings me great pleasure to present the newly designed PALs newsletter. Positive Ageing is important to the City of Monash and the new look PALs will broaden our scope and inform more of our fellow community members about the many wonderful activities and opportunities available to them.

Being able to make friends and live in a community that encourages and supports active, healthy living is important to us all.

PALs offers a range of free or low cost activities available to all our residents aged 55 and over. These include health and exercise opportunities, education and information sessions, film screenings, public transport outings, theme days, day trips, community events and more.

For further information about PALs please feel free to contact me during business hours with ideas and/or concerns about issues relating to you and Positive Ageing.
