The Japanese Mother Group/Playgroup began at Kerrie Neighbourhood House around ten years ago. The group meets each Friday during the school term to provide opportunities for the children to experience Japanese language and culture and for the women to share their experiences.

Meet one parent who has gone on to become a tutor at Kerrie Neighbourhood House.

  • 9:00am - 4:00pm (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
  • 9:00am - 1:00pm (Wednesday and Friday)

10% Discount for Healthcare Card and Pension Concession holders on some courses (Companion Card also accepted).

Room Rental - available at low cost

Kerrie Neighbourhood House offers a diverse range of courses and activities which include social/mutual support and self esteem groups, children's activities, CALD groups, playgroups, community education, health and well being classes, in a safe environment where the community has access to support and education which aims to empower and enhance the quality of life for individuals and families.
