Meeting Agendas
The next Meeting of Council will begin at 7.30pm on Tuesday, 29 May in the theatrette at the Clayton Community Centre, Cooke St, Clayton. The public is welcome.
This meeting is being held in Clayton as part of the ‘Taking Council to the People’ initiative.
Council papers are available for inspection at Council’s five branch libraries and visit Agendas and Minutes.

All Councillors, acting as the Council, attend Council meetings. The Chief Executive Officer and members of the Corporate Management Team also attend the meetings, to provide information or advice when called upon by the Council.
Regular meetings of Council are called 'Ordinary Meetings'.
'Special Meetings' of Council may also be called to enable it to discuss and decide upon specific matters, eg the Budget, the Annual Report, etc.
