2012 Leadership Plus Leadership Program
Monash Access and Inclusion Network aims to actively increase the opportunities for people with disabilities, carers, families, workers, and interested others to
- share information
- improve and promote community inclusive opportunities
- identify gaps
- advocate for change and work in partnership to overcome current issues affecting people living with disabilities and their carers in the Monash municipality.
- Develop an understanding of the services provided within the City of Monash.
- Provide opportunities for individuals and services to develop links between each other.
- Promote partnership opportunities between services.
- Identify common issues and support local solutions.
- Provide & develop consultative opportunities to deliver information across a wide range of service users & providers.
- Provide a vehicle to deliver information across a wide range of service users and providers.
This network meets bi-monthly on the second Monday of the month at Monash Civic Centre, Glen Waverley.
This network is also online on the My Connected Communities website.
