Monash Gardens Village

Monash Gardens is a modern purpose built building surrounded by extensive native gardens is built around numerous peaceful internal courtyards. Monash Gardens has 47 high care beds and 50 low care beds. The facility supports ageing in place. Division 1 Nurses manage all the clinical care needs of our residents 24 hours a day.

A large well-equipped kitchen ensures our qualified chef and catering staff provide home cooked meals to meet the dietary requirements and tastes of all our resident's. Individualised and cultural specific diets are easily accommodated.

Multiple dining and lounge areas throughout the building provide opportunities for residents, family and friends to socialise privately. Our residents are encouraged to maintain friendships, memberships to organisations and community groups outside the facility and to pursue individual interests.

Our Kiosk provides an ideal location for residents to meet each day to form new friendships and share stories and laughs. Our hairdressing saloon enables residents to manage their own needs independently from families.

Monash Gardens has a robust and mature lifestyle program, which has been developed in consultation with our residents. Our residents are able to participate in group activities and individualised programs, which are developed in conjunction with the resident's to cater for their preferences.

Monash Gardens has an extensive bus outing schedule with scenic drives, lunches and day trips to locations such as Werribee Zoo and the Museum.

Our resident's independence is valued and promoted with professional input from Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists and Massage Therapists.
